Introducing Bob

An alpaca named "Bob"??  What's up with that?

Yep, it's true.  Our kids gave us a very hard time when they were little because we never let them name the alpacas.  So we said OK, and they came up with Bob.  My wife, Jennifer, came up with his registered name, "BRF Timbo's Blue Ridge Mountain Boy". He was named after her grandfather, Claud, who passed away around the time Bob was born. Claud was a veteran in WWII that fought in the Blue Ridge Mountain Boy unit.  Anyway, the name, "Bob" was a hit with fellow breeders, so the name stuck.

We dragged poor Bob to countless shows, and he has been in more states than most people.  Overall, he did very well as evidenced by his show record.  Not every show was his show, but you'd be hard pressed to find someone else of his caliber.  He retired from showing a few years ago, and now spends his time pestering Eric, and nuzzling with Jennifer.  He is currently vacationing in Southern California at California Criations Farm. If you're in the area and want to breed to him, please contact Kris at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , and she'll set things up!
